الاسترجاع و الاستبدال

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال حسب وزارة التجاره والصناعه بالكويت
١- يتم الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال 15 يوم من تاريخ الشراء مع ضرورة احضار فاتورة الشراء الاصليه .يتم الاستبدال او الرد بحال ان الجهاز المباع بحاله جديدة (بالكرتون) دون اي نقص في المحتويات او اي تلف بالكرتون وغير مستخدم بحيث ان يكون صالح للبيع مرة اخري .
٢- يجب أن يتم اعادة اي هديه قد تم تسليمها مع المنتج وأن تكون بحالة تغليفها الاصلي و اي قسائم مشتريات كما تم استلامها غير مستخدمه وبحالتها الاصليه في حالة الاستبدال او الاسترجاع
٣- يجب على العميل ان يحضر تقرير فنى من الوكيل المعتمد و يكون التقرير موضح به العيب المصنعي خلال 15 يوم من تاريخ الفاتورة للاستبدال او الاسترجاع .
٤- في حالة الاجهزة المستخدمة يتم الاسترداد والاستبدال خلال ١٥ يوم من تاريخ الفاتورة في حالة وجود مشكلة بالجهاز وان يكون الجهاز علي نفس الحالة التي كان عليها اثناء الشراء.
شروط عامه
١-يسمح للعميل بحجز البضاعة المشتراة لمدة 15 يوم من تاريخ الفاتورة كحد اقصي.
٢-الوكيل المعتمد للمنتج هو المسئول مسئوليه كاملة امام العميل من تاريخ شراء المنتج و طول فترة الكفالة.
٣-يقع على العميل مسئوليه توصيل و استلام المنتج من و الى ورشة الوكيل الخاصة بالمنتج طوال فترة الكفالة ومن تاريخ الشراء .
٤-على العميل الاحتفاظ بالفاتوره الاصليه للمنتج لضمان كفالة الوكيل.
٥-توقيع العميل علي الفاتوره يعني ان العميل علي علم تام بسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال وانه استلم المنتج بحاله ممتازة .
Return & Replacement in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry in the State of Kuwait
1- Return & Replacement is allowed within 15 days from date of purchase along with original invoice. The returned product should be new & in its original condition along with original packing materials, complete accessories, unused/sealed & should be in resaleable condition.
2- The customer must return any gift (sealed) or gift coupons (unused) that he received at the time of purchase that he/she intends to return/refund.
3- Customer is responsible to obtain technical report from Agents workshop clearly mentioning the manufacturing defect in case the item is found defective within the 1st 15 days from date of invoice for Return/Replacement.
4- For used phones, Return and replacements are available within 15 days of the date of purchase if there is a problem with the device and the device is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
General Terms & Conditions
1-Customer can request a maximum delay of 15 days for delivery items.
2-Agent’s service centers are fully responsible towards the customer’s products immediately upon the issuance of the purchase invoice & during the warranty period.
3-Customer is fully responsible to deliver & receive their products to & from agent’s workshop during the warranty period for any sort of maintenance.
4-Customer should retain original invoice copy to claim agent’s warranty.
5-Customer signature on the invoice copy means that he is fully aware of the Return/Replacement & has received the device in excellent condition.
